Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas
available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.

Do you deliver, set up and pack away the inflatable unit?

Yes all bouncy castles are set up and packed away by trained staff at all times, this is included in the price.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We will ring you and rearrange the booking, if the booking has to be cancelled we will try and deliver another day. Most of our castles are supplied with rain covers which will protect the kids from showers and heavy sun.

When can I hire a bouncy castle?

All of our products are available 7 days a week 8am- 9pm subject to winter months where times are restricted.

How big does my garden need to be? and what surface is the best?

The castles require a flat area and clear of all obstacles. the size depends on the size of the castle. Usually allow 2ft ether side of the castle for it to move freely.

Do I keep the blower going?

Yes please, if the weather turns bad please allow the castle to remain on this will allow the rain to fall away from the castle and remain dry for us to pick up. However if it remains bad please cover up all electrical items for health and safety.

Can Adults use the Bouncy Castle?

The castle we provide are for the children only. However we do supply adult castle for outside during the summer

Can I collect the Inflatables?

For insurance reasons we cannot allow anybody apart from trained staff to set up and collect the units.

Are You Insured?

Yes we are insured for public liability which covers accidents etc. The hirer is responsible to make sure that the children are supervised at all times. A copy of our insurance detail can be found here Insurance Papers We are also members of BIHA ( British Inflatable Hirers Alliance) and TIPE ( The inflatable Play Enterprise) ensuring we keep up to date with all safety regulations. All out bouncy castles are tested and come with a full 12 month test certificate with PIPA AND RPii. All castles fully comply with EN14960 and are flame resistant to exceed BS408 part 3.3.8 regulations.
