ONLINE BOOKINGS AND ACCEPTANCE

Completion of an online booking, payment of a deposit, payment in full, or acceptance of a booking confirmation shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. No physical signature is required for these Terms and Conditions to be legally binding.

DRY HIRE RESPONSIBILITY

Where equipment is supplied on a dry-hire basis, Full Of Bounce provides equipment only.

The hirer accepts full responsibility for:

• Providing sufficient competent adult supervision at all times.
• Ensuring all users follow the safety rules.
• Monitoring weather conditions.
• Preventing overcrowding and exceeding user limits.
• Ensuring users are of a suitable age and size.
• Preventing misuse, rough play, climbing, fighting, pushing, or dangerous behaviour.
• Ensuring safe operation throughout the hire period.

The hirer accepts responsibility for all participants and spectators during the hire period.

EVENTS, FESTIVALS AND PUBLIC FUNCTIONS

Where equipment is supplied to a festival, event organiser, council, school, company, charity, venue, sports club or similar organisation, that organisation is responsible for providing adequate supervision throughout the hire period.

Full Of Bounce shall not be responsible for the actions or omissions of event staff, volunteers, contractors, security personnel or members of the public.

INCIDENT REPORTING

The hirer must immediately notify Full Of Bounce of:

• Any injury.
• Any accident.
• Any equipment movement.
• Any damage.
• Any complaint.
• Any incident that could reasonably lead to a claim.

Failure to report an incident as soon as reasonably practicable may affect the ability to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.

PRESERVATION OF EVIDENCE

In the event of any accident, injury, complaint or claim, the hirer agrees to preserve all available evidence including:

• Photographs.
• CCTV footage.
• Mobile phone recordings.
• Witness details.
• Accident report forms.

Such evidence shall be made available to Full Of Bounce and its insurers upon request.

EQUIPMENT CONDITION

The hirer acknowledges that all equipment is inspected prior to hire and supplied in a safe and serviceable condition.

Any concerns regarding the condition of equipment must be reported immediately upon delivery and before use.

INSURANCE AND CLAIMS

Any claim, allegation or legal correspondence relating to equipment supplied by Full Of Bounce must be forwarded to Full Of Bounce immediately upon receipt.

The hirer shall not admit liability on behalf of Full Of Bounce.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Subject to applicable law, Full Of Bounce shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage arising from:

• Failure to follow safety instructions.
• Inadequate supervision.
• Overcrowding.
• Misuse of equipment.
• Failure to comply with user limits.
• Actions of third parties.
• Failure to report incidents promptly.
